All DJBD Football registration is done entirely online.
Football early registration is $275.00 plus 50.00 refundable equipment / volunteer hours fee. Early registration Registration opens Jan 3 thru Feb 15.
Open registration, $300.00 plus 50.00 refundable equipment / volunteer hours fee, runs Feb. 16 thru July 15.
Late Registration after July 1 until August 4th, $400.00 plus 50.00 refundable equipment / volunteer hours fee.
Should you need additional assistance with online registration, please contact the DJBD registrar, Tabatha Lichtenhan. All required forms will be signed electronically during the registration process online except your players physical. Please print and take the SYF Physical form with you to your physician and return it during your equipment fitting / handout day. Do not wait until the last moment. Players will not be able to practice without it.
Registration Fee, plus refundable deposit: Early $325 before 2/15/17. Open Registration 2/15/17 - July 15 $350.00. After July 15, Late registration 400.00. Limited number of 2017 partial scholorships (-100.00 off) are available. All scholorship applications must be submitted by May 15, 2017. Registration Includes: Rental of Helmet, Shoulder pads, pant(s) with hip, thigh and knee pads, practice jersey, a travel bag. Players to keep their game jersey after the season.
Players are responsible for: Cleats, other personal protective equipment and a mouth guard (Any color but red)
Teams: 8U (6-8 year old), 10U (9 /10 year olds), 12U (11/12 year olds), 14U (13/14 year olds). All 8th graders must participate at the 14U division. 9th graders, regardless of age are not eligible to participate for Davis Junior Blue Devils. Teams are formed based on your age as of August 1, 2016

SPORTS PHYSICAL CLINIC:
On June 3, 2017 please support theathletic programs by getting your sports physical. You are invited to the low cost athletics physical clinic at Family Medicine, 2030 Place, Davis CA. Physicals will be given without appointment for $20.00 and proceeds benefiting Athletics. Clinic will be open from 830am - 1130am.
Many of us have unpaid balances now due. Please log in to your SI play account and make payment, arrangement, etc. No equipment will be distributed without payment in full. We started the registration process in January this year and thank you to those whom took advantage of the payment plans and completed your registration process. Your player will be eligible to select their desired number this Sunday.
